In Soldat ver 1.5.1 I get this all the time. In previous version it was more like a funny glitch, but now it's really annoying.
Also, when I have these problems the prone seems to be fucked too. Holding pronekey(def x)will prone/stand without delay.
If this was posted in the wrong section, I do apologize.
