theres a way to change the colors? Current colors are so opaque, i wanna things more enlightening like the first post pic, like CS...

Currently there is not enough contrast between the colors.

More saturated colors like in the first screenshot would be nice.

More saturated = more distracting. I personally never had much problem distinguishing colors.
It's true they're not very saturated, but when different colors are close together - the difference is quite clear. Perhaps they should be a little more saturated, but only a tiny little wee bit.

Then you should be able to change the color manually in a .ini file rather than changing the color for everyone since it´s distracting and unuseful for players with bigger fonts.
