Title: turn off shacky screen on demos

the screen shacking from explosions should be disabled while checking a demo, because it's just unecessary...

might be added by command line, like freecam or less speed. f12

it's highly necessary for demo recording, since the shaking is VERY extreme. just remove it completely from demos/game.

To be honest. If i cant turn it on and off i would just rather have it gone completely.
