Title: Russian Translation for the 1.5.1 beta

A russian translation for the 1.5.1 beta and hopefully 1.5.1 as well.
- the name was changed from 'exussr-russian' to 'russian'
- changed font
- a lot of fixes and improvements over the original one

Instructions: unpack to your soldat folder

Is not compatible with 1.5.0
