I was thinking maybe it would be a cool idea, for like, players out there who have zombie mods and all, that having a survivor gostek with a custom ranny.
Like instead of blood being all over the body, they could have bandages wrapped around arms and legs etc.
and they could look all beat up somehow, have some colors in there to make them look like they're close to changing into a zombie.
I think that'd be kinda cool.

And when you are hit a bandage appears? Would be strange... Blood looks better, but maybe upgrade the quality.
-
Well yeah.
I mean, i'm testing the idea out and its not so bad.
Like only in SOME spots there are like, shredded bandages and stuff, like on right arm, and left leg...
its actually not that bad.
There's still blood, but with some bandages.
:P
-
if appears on right arm appears on left arm I think
-
If I can make a suggestion, it'd look good if you gave it the illusion of clothing being ripped and torn to reveal bare flesh and wounds, and it would make bandages appearing make more sense.
-
Nice idea, but as the gostek is really small is hard to give that illusion, but its just about trying it
-
Just add some white (but not clean, mix it with light red) pixels to the ranny files, as they arent connected to player/team color they would be easy to mod.
-
In my Lazarus mod gosteks actually mutate into zombies and both zombies/supervisors have open wounds but they are rather placeholders, beta graphics. When you do gosteks for single player in colors all the time, it's hard to do grayscale for multiplayer. Different objectives, different thinking.
-
its practically the same concept for a 'pr0n' mod. The more you hit your target, the more skin is shown.. and ultimately......yeah.
-
Well like, I did something of what it could be like.
I added the bandages and some dark red and some dry looking blood on the bandages.
I also added some tattered bandages.
I posted a pic of some of it on my first post.
But i also have some straps on the chest, but you could only see it in certain positions of the gostek.
And its not all JUST bandages, there is still some blood on the face and body.
-
Looks good but you should put the gostek in white so we can see it better.
And work a bit on open wounds
-
Lol well sky,
if i put it in white...it won't look correct either cause the bandages are like a gray-ish white color.
So i'll just get more pics with a "lighter" color or something.
Maybe a light green, or beige?
