Title: IRC in Soldat

Maybe this topic is somewhere on forum, i'm sorry if it's true...  :|

Maybe you shoud add to official version of Soldat a new command, joining IRC in game... I'm not talking about gather... I'm talking about all IRCs which are on the world, and it won't need scripting, it is in a Soldat... You can join also in a Single player... It shoud look like this:

I put a cmd:

/irc #name.of.irc

And i join...I'm there how long i'm in a game... If i want to send something:

/irc message

Everything other looks like in normal gather IRC...

It looks good, but is it a possible...?

It was considered to implement (almost exactly) what you suggest. It was cancelled, though.

Yea, but server scripting can read IRC... But i'm not shure about hosting: Quekenet, Rizon.net... Do they need a special hosting or they are don't care about this...?

Noone use a 1.4.2 any more... They shoud make a new version of this addon...
