Title: how to get the servers time?

not TimeLeft or Tickcount but the actual time, say it was 1 in the morning when the command to get the time was triggered in Server time, not the time of the person that triggered it, say it might be 2 in the mornign where the server is but it might be 6 at night to whoever triggered it, i want the time of the servers location, if this doesnt make sense then i dont know any other way to explain what i want
