Title: loading scenery tree failed, Object variable or With block variable not set

Help title says it all it dosent show textures or scenery.

Well I don't know.. Try to install polyworks again, and remove that one.

make sure you point polyworks to soldat under:
edit -> preferences

yeah you have to set the directory of soldat as zakath said.
