Title: Soldat 1.5.1e and ScriptCore v3
Post by: Mercury92 on March 06, 2011, 01:39:36 pm: New team released Soldat RC 1.5.1e but based on older ScriptCore.
Are we gonna miss those awesome features by Enesce? MySQL, SQLite, InterfaceImage, WorldText ... ?!

We never got the latest soldatserver version.
We only got some prerelease version of soldatserver 2.6.4 that's why all those features are missing.

Does it really need to be answered?

I expect that you're gonna add some scriptcore candy because I am highly disappointed at the moment.

.......why? Did EnEsCe just refuse to give it to you, or something? O_O

Never got it and I haven't talked with EnEsCe for a really long time.

Last time I tried he probably put me on his ignore list (he went offline 4 seconds after my message).

Can't really do anything when he doesn't want to talk to me and refuses to give the source to "other people" who should have it already.
It's his work and his code changes so he can keep them for himself if he really wants to.

Though it would have been better if he had just said "no you can't have it" instead of going with the old way of random excuses.

We have to deal with it. No need to look back now. No need to start badtalk.

There are a lot of things that need to get fixed and the scriptcore hasn't got any attention yet.

Once we are ready for the scriptcore stuff it will get added but for now there are tons of problems which need to be addressed first.

Also I don't even know what enesce added to the scriptcore so make a thread and suggest changes :P
