Ok, so you can have a serious advantage if you wield 2 main guns at the time, like lets say 2 minimi's, but there are no disadvantages as far as I know. I think it would be fair, if lets say the running speed and jump height would be reduced ~15-20% on a player who is carrying 2 main guns. At least on realistic mode. This would make players ditch their second gun if they feel its slowing them down, but then it only harms a little if you are defending a flag for example. Its not rare to see a guy running with 2 m79's.
What do you think? ;) Dont forget to vote!

Changing the jump height will make gameplay slower and it will be more difficult to play.
I'm not sure if we want a more complex Soldat.
We already have "hits" issues with the current physics.
Though it sounds like a not so bad idea especially for realistic mode.

realistic perhaps but soldat hell no

Hell no, both to realistic and normal.

It's not like the player can use both main weapons at the same time, so F11

It could be an idea, but it's never gonna happen.

Sounds pretty useless to me, and it would doubtlessly slow down gameplay, and realistic's already slow enough.

If we start doing this kind of stuff soldat will end up as 2d version of cod or sth which is bad

This kind of answers annoy me the most. What, dump everything you don't want to us, the realistic players? It's realistic to a limit.

to the question, heck nay.

realistic features go to the realistic mode. that is, also, why i don't play it

I kind of like the fact that 2 primaries would give you a bit of a disadvantage, but I don't like neither of the ways you suggested.
Lower jump height would make some maps unplayable for people with 2 primaries, while lower movement speed would be more of a frustration than a disadvantage, except, maybe, in trenchwars.

moving slower with two pairs of desert eagles than with a sniper rifle and a chainsaw is not really all that realistic either |:
Being able to pick up your victim's weapon is a valid gameplay element, it should stay imo
