Referring to http://www.google.com/moderator/#15/e=131efc&t=131efc.40&f=131efc.5a58bf (http://www.google.com/moderator/#15/e=131efc&t=131efc.40&f=131efc.5a58bf) , the idea of "Information about Votings in Console: who voted who, and what the reason was." was appreciated by many people and should be added as soon as possible.

So here we go.
I would be fine with pretty much anything, my suggestion is:
12-01-30 20:30:11 (playername) started votekick against (playername) - Reason: (kickvote reason text)

Where will we see the output?
admin connections?
the console where the chat messages go?
Why do we need them ingame? Can't you see votes on the screen there already when someone votes. Isn't that sufficient enough? Why not?
Which color should it have? Doesn't this color collide with other outputs? Which color is unique enough for this?
Shouldn't we use a similar output format like the server gets for player kills? How does that look like again?
Just reply to all questions and I will know how to implement it. Don't skip a question if you want me to implement this.

Main reason people want this added is to easily find stupid votes and punish people who started this kind of vote. And i dont think he meant to add this ingame, more likely as an option for server admins

also for unbanning people who claim that they were banned for stupid reasons. We need to see the reason, and thanks to this it could be checked in logs.

I didn't want to open another thread for vote-kicking, so I'll just suggest here.
Well, in order to vote-kick, you need to go through all the menus and everything. To simplify things, how about:
/vote <player-number> / <nick>

you'll also have to add <reason> to the line, f12

also another suggestion with the votekick feature i thought of now:
Make the 'wait 2 mins to be able to votekick' optional in servers (or is it already optional only?)

if you hit / and then F1, you'll see list of IDs (id near each player's name)

I just tried that, it doesn't work mate.
Tried again in an unscripted server, still... doesn't work. I think it wasn't implemented.

Knew I am not crazy! Haha. Well it should be available though, the menus are so irritating in this matter.
Also what'd you think about letting the server admins the option to set his own time to "vote after join / vote after last vote"?

I called it player number in my earlier message as you can see, that's how I knew it. Now I know it's ID.

Uh... there's /votemap though, and I knew about it. It was just so obvious for me that there must be also /votekick that I decided to post it. Though apparently there's no... not yet.

I knew it wasnt there for some time but I assumed it was added in one of the 1.6.x versions;p
Let's just vote this so devs can have some time spent on coding;p
