yeah, it would be nice to have that mod, i searched it too but couldnt find, maybe an old player has it and can upload it :)
Also, meanwhile you could try "Special Operations 2" i use that one instead, the pallete of the diffrent gostek & weapons is diffrent and smaller, but still cool^^
The creator is Field Marshall aswell.

that means only, you are not allowed to use the graphics sounds or any other stuff for something you go call your work, it doesnt mean you arent allowed to share his work, ofc are you allowed to share his work, what else would you think do people create mods for ?

You can't reproduce, that means make changes in this product like graphic changes or sth. U can upload it, c'mon. Tell me how You get that copy? You downloaded it from web, right? We can too. Plz upload that.
