Have you eaten your spinach and washed behind your ears? There's a release coming, and there's hoofmarks on the... ah screw it, I'm not going to attempt to rhyme this devlog.
This last week the beta team got an alpha version of 1.6.4. They found a handful of new minor bugs and most of them has already been fixed. It actually went a bit quicker than expected. So much so that we're going to try and release 1.6.4 as soon as possible now and push up the new auto updater for a quick followup 1.6.5 when it's completely ready.
So in the next few days there might be a last private beta, followed by a short public beta, and hopefully a release before New Year... assuming we don't find any major showstopper.

New version release
GO GO GO !

Is the next beta going to be public? I want to help testing it =D

I want to keep beta releases like this:
The beta testing team gets it first.
If there are no big bugs or game breaking issues it will get released public.
That said it looks like you need to wait a little longer for a pub beta.
