->Smaller size is no problem. I didn't realize they were going to be this big until I saw my post.
->More fps is an issue because the gif's have to be under 2mb for me to upload so I have to put limitations on the frames limited.
->Idk how to fix anti-aliasing. It might be my graphics card problem (Intel(r) HD Graphics Corei3) but there's nothing I can do about that. Anyone have any suggestions?

Yep this is better

Make sure there are no black frames in the gif like in the Nadetap Un-Prone Cancel one.

Anti-aliasing works if you set resolution to be not higher than 480 pixels. In other words - AA should work fine in 640x480, 800x480, etc. Doesn't matter if full-screen or windowed.
