Title: [1.6.3] Some Polygon Edges do not render.[#329]

The edges around the polygons don't render at some specific places.

See attached screenshot of ctf_Cobra.

(note: you can see this in many other maps. It's not specific to ctf_Cobra)


Steps To Reproduce:

1) Make sure "render smooth polygons" is checked in config.exe
2) Open soldat and start a game in the map ctf_Cobra
=> Notice how some polygon edges aren't rendered. (for example around middle of the low and mid route)

May i know the reasoning behind posting it on forum? You've already posted it on mantins, and that bug in no way requires a feedback. Especially not from forum.
