Title: 1.6.3 runs smooth while 1.6.4 is choppy and constantly has fps drops

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? it's been occurring constantly every game since I updated and patched my soldat, I even downloaded 1.6.4 to see if the patch was the cause but it still happens regardless of what I download... Also running Windows 7(if it makes any difference)

i had fps problems when i installed 1.6.4. and i just copied the configuration settings from 1.6.3., worked like a charm. This means configurating it properly makes a crucial difference.
