I'm a photographic genius, if I do say so myself! That's why this week I tried fixing all outstanding bugs with the spectator camera, such as the freecam not moving smoothly with widescreen resolutions and the camera going to the top-left corner of the map whenever it got confused. I also banged out some minor animation glitches.
FryFry has also begun doing a major cleanup of the rendering code. That's our largest bottleneck when it comes to performance, so hopefully he'll be able to find some optimizations.

Great job with the camera stuffs.
Looking forward to the rendering optimization!!
Must be quite a challenge working on that huge 3000+ line rendering code.
And written by someone else to make things worse.
Improved performances would be a godsend for the game! So many players getting poor performances, fps drops, ...
All my encouragement to the developers! :)

great to hear :) gogo!

There's anyway to create a command that put you on the right time that you need in a demo?
Example: /goto 0724
0724 = 07:24

I just made it so Soldat servers running on Mac show up using an OS X icon on the web lobby, as well as an option to sort for them: http://soldat.thd.vg/en/lobby/
