No normal servers.
Every time I return to soldat I must quit because no normal servers. A lot of realist, survival, etc... :(

Zabijaka & AUS7RAL are pretty popular...

My servers (zabijaka) are pretty much vanilla ctfs if you look past couple scripts likke anticamp and antispawn. They are active everyday too.

Don't forget also K!ng's Servers (TM & DM - if you don't like Survival), they are pretty nice. :D Also JumpTestLong/JTL is nice, but idk if you're considering it as normal server, btw it's hard to get ppl quick there.
