Title: Registration Issue

I paid for a registration and got the email but the email didn't have a code, just a blank space where the code would be. I tried opening it on multiple different platforms and the code did not appear.

I'm a little frustrated at the whole ordeal. I want my colorful flames-- I paid my $10 I should have my colorful flames.

please help
