Want to share your map with us? Proceed with the following steps!
- Take screenshots by zooming out in the editor and pressing Print Screen (next to F12). Open MS Paint and press [Ctrl] + V. Save the picture. It'd be a good idea to edit the picture with a more advanced image editor, if you're not already saving in a different one from the start, so you can save it in a better file format.
- Get your map zipped 'n packed with the Soldat Map Packer (http://rrhp.info/index.php?id=projects&f=smp) or Maps/Prefabs Archiver (http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php?topic=8661.0).
- Instead of hosting it on a separate website, you can attach files to your forum posts; just click Additional Options... and you can stick one or two files right into the post.
- You could also host your map completely on sites like the
The Mapping Showcase (http://tms.jrgp.org/index.php), Soldat Mappers' League (http://sml.u13.net) [defunct], or on the SoldatPage (http://soldatpage.u13.net/). If you do so, skip the next two steps.
- Take screenshots and upload them to ImageShack (http://www.imageshack.us), TinyPic, (http://www.tinypic.com/) or some other image-hosting site.
- Upload your map file (.ZIP, .RAR, etc.) to (Links all dead)
m00net (http://m00.laughingllamas.com/fileupload/), Leo's uploader (http://www.soldat-lra.net/uploads/), R5000's uploader (http://maps.minddog.com/), LLSC.us (http://llsc.us/?inc_file=files&action=upload), or your own choice of file-hosting website.
- Make a topic about it in the New maps (http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php#5) section.
