New page has opened up on Soldat files directory.
Its the: Web Based Soldat Bot Maker (http://www.team-soldat.e2u.cc/onlinetools.php?t=botmaker)
I have created this page for those that just want to make a bot realy fast with out looking for the program thinking how it works and even downloading it.
Here you just choose the options right away, Click Submit, and there you have it. All you have to do now is download it and place it in your bot folder.
- I have made sure that all values match correctly to soldat, so there is no problems.
- Sooner or later I will make couple of presets like the zombie bot or something, and a random bot generator.
What you guys think? Any sugestions?

You should make a color picker on that page for custom colors. And what is the blouse?

Took me faster then I thought. Only 2 hours with teh all the testing too.
It amazes me that my html skills are worse hen php.
I have given a color picker, real nice one.
Any other sugestions?

I like the color picker alot.
I would much rather use this script then have to dig through 100's of programs in my soldat folder.

The skin transparency option should allow for partial transparency. Make it a drop-down list, like the accuracy option.
Other than that, great job. Better than syd's online bot creator, though it doesn't come with my bots.

How bout givinh primary weapon a "nothing" option too.

Come to think of it I was going to make at a nothing. But then was wondering that if its a nothing then it usualy chooses a random weapon to fight with.
I cant realy remember whne it does that. But I know it makes random if that weapon is not availuble.
EDIT: What a brake through! I didn't know bots can bend the rules. They can used flame bows in like normal maps, you can asign them those. :D Ill add that to me bot maker.
Also I dont think "nothing" can be assignd to a bot. It will choose a random weapon if you leave it blank and if you put a number htere like 1 or 2 or 3 then it will use different weapons and changes its secondary weapon too..
If you want it to use nothing, well if it cant use teh gun use hands :D .. it does have a hands option.

How will you get names though? Are you gonna make like a list of 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 for the generator to pick from? If so, I can contribute. I've come up with loads of names.

Try a different browser like firefox, I see that you're using a combination of AOL/MSIE

For random names: yes good idea so that ppl can submit their name to data base. Be nice if you can message me with your list.
This generator works best with FireFox, try explorer too.

So can we look forward to this online bot generator anytime soon? I've got like 800 names in the list, and if you need more taunts, I'll be more than happy to get some for you.
Even though I created most of the 'random' stuff about it, I am still looking forward to this thing =)

yes yes ill try finish teh generator soon, its just thati have alot of school work and there i got to work in diferent language also other subjects. ill put my self togeather and created during the brake that i will get while other people got their exams.
for now please tell me ideas for the generator.
- personalities for sure i wana include as an option
- data base for names is preaty big
- lots of taunts i got too
- a bot type like a sniper would have green based or something, need ideas
so giomme interesting ideas pleasE, I SWEAR I WILL FINISH THIS THING!

I presumed the generator would be really simple. It doesn't really have to generate perfect acceptable bots. It can be as basic as it needs. It would just simply do the following:
1. Select any name out of the Database.
2. Pick a skin color out of White, Dark, and Black (other colors are unnecessary)
3. Pick between Army, Normal, Punk, Dreads, and Mr. T hairstyles.
4. Select any random color out of the entire pallete for hair, pants and shirt.
5. Select any random favorite weapon (except flamer, bow, and flamed arrows).
6. Select any random secondary weapon.
8. Pick any 6 taunts from the entire database, and place them in any 6 of the chats (even if they dont make sense).
9. Pick any number between 50-100% for accuracy, grenade use, camping, and chat frequency.
10. Pick between Dogtags, Gold Chain, and none.
11. Pick between /smoke, /tabac, and none for respawn.
12. Generate the bot as a downloadable file (copying text annoys me)

ok so a simple bot generator will be easy to make you know. gah ill need to keep the code clean so later on i can make it better.
hey the generator i got now it shows you the code but it also allowes you to download it as a .bot file too!

Great tool but I´d like to see it online again. Are we able to download the url and use this tool offline?
