Well, that particular screenshot shows that the map "ctf_ForumMap" can't be found or downloaded; most likely map downloading is not enabled, the mapslist.txt has a space after the entry or something else that makes it incorrect, or map capitalization is not correct if running under linux. Also possible is the case where a default map is modified; default maps never get downloaded.
