has anyone bought that game or even played it as a demo at Fry's, or some electronic store? I bought it 2 days ago, already like it on Hard. But the last song by Ozzie, damn that song is hard. awesome game tho. if you liked DDR, then this is the DDR for your hands, with awesome rock.

Are the songs really rock and metal songs, or is it like Singstar Rocks where you get bands like Keane and Coldplay?

No, this game has seriously good music man. They knew what they were doing when they chose the songs.

I'll just list a couple of them, you've got:

Frankenstein
Hey You
Iron Man
More Than A Feeling
Smoke On The Water
You Got Another Thing Comin

and dear god they have Ziggy Stardust

If you don't know who sings every song I just listed, you suck, and are not allowed to touch Guitar Hero.

yeah guitar hero does have some really nice songs from the older age. oyu may not recognize the names if yuor not real into rock, but once you hear them, youll recognize them. and guitar hero, man when you are playing a song on hard or expert, you really get into it and start jumpin around haha... its great.
