Fighting without weapons

Well, I just had this funny little moment yesterday, on Leo's R/A server. It was basically empty - me against two other peeps on Voland.

So I got killed but then respawned with no weapon - not even a secondary (since I lost the primary I was using and just pressed 'fire' in the weapon select menu, instead of clicking on the trusty Socom).

I thought a bit about /kill, but then said: "Ah, wot the hell". So I decided to take out the enemies using just my wits and a nade or two.

I camped in the flag, moved the cursor down, so that my the hand of my character was hidden in the flag base and waited. Soon I hear them coming closer.
I thought: "Well, this is it.", threw the nade and - golly! - blew up both of them, as they were stupid enough to be clustered.

It's nothing really, for the whole thing took just a couple of seconds, but it was fun to know that I could have my way even without a gun.

I love it when I manage to punch the gun out of the enemys hands. Most of the times they keep on dodging and jumping around while trying to shoot me. So much fun.

I like it too.

Fists can save your life when you're against a saw. I was once on some ctf server with a barret and knife. I was alone high and the enemy charged me. I missed the shot and threw the knife way off. Then I did evasive movement until he started to reload. Then I rushed at him and smashed the saw off him.

It is indeed the most satisfying method of snuffing the life out your fellow soldats.
