Buggy log splitting

[Quantifier]

I noticed that after log file grows over 512000 bytes, new one is started, a nice feature. The problem is, when the split occurs, roughly one minut of log is missing. Not a serious bug, but still a bug, I didn't find it reported anywhere.

Server version is 2.5.4.

I'm surprised nobody has ever found this before.   These logs are from an older server version, 2.5.1 probably but maybe 2.4.9

I've talked to EnEsCe and he has taken note, it'll be fixed once he takes care of some more important bugs in 2.6.0
