Can't make a server

Well I'm quiet noob with hosting servers...
but thought lets host one.

I dl'ed the dedi server and, forwarded 23073 and 23083
It's at the lobby, but I can't join when clicking it
the only way to join is by typing my local network IP....



probably just forgot something stupid..

I did the connection test and everything failed most of the time... download map and remote administration did work once... 

EDIT: when i use /ipconfig at promt, it tells me 192.168.2.100 to be my ip.... (the ip i have to typ to get in the server....)
but that's not the IP the lobby gives me ofcourse... Well seems quite an easy problem now, I just dont know the solution..

when i make a server my antivirus stops all connections help plz!!

Try turning of all the firewalls you have. And see if you really forwarded the right port.

if i turn my firewalls of anyone can hack into my computer (because i have to turn everything off or nothing)

ok I fixed it, my router crashed, and it works now,,,,,  (only one with inet now)
