People cant join my game

Ive looked through these forums and did what it suggested to do.  I am trying to make a server, not 24/7, just enough so people can join my server to play around for a bit.  Ive downloaded the current admin server and set it up correctly and still no one can join... Here are some screens for you people that can know this stuff.  Hopefully someone can help me fix my problem.  I am using a router, and opened the necessary ports and still nothing..
