registration question

hi all i have been playing soldat for a year or so and i recently registered about 3 months ago but i had to have my computer swiped and cleaned luckily i got soldat on CD including reg file but with the upcoming soldat version 1.4 update i have no idea how i will keep it registered because i lost the program for it any one know how this will work?
