An Explosive based weapon mod.
That is partially balanced.

Deagles: Launch two law rockets simultaniously for a monster overkill. If this is too much for you already, leave now.
It gets much, much more powerful.
Mp5: Rapidly launches M79 grenades with it's normal bullet arc. Faster firing,much more powerful.
AK: Rapidly fires mostly accurate law missiles. Pure oblivion.
Aug: Like the Mp5, but slower firing with faster grenades.
Spas: OMFG! Like the shotgun you know and love, with a nearly endless clip, 000 gauge buckshot laced with uranium. Lethal in bot hands. Watch out for it.
Ruger: Basically, the same ruger with more power and law rockets.
M79: Rapid M79 nades, like Mp5 and aug, but with a much more dramatic arc. Very useful on rushes.
Barrett: not explosive, but definitely not unchanged. Buffed supremely to be effective with all those explosives.
Minimi: Launches a massive wave of cluster bombs. One cluster kills.
Minigun: WOW. All I can say. I don't know what I was on when I made this weapon. Launches a barage of fast flying law missiles inaccurately.
Soccom: A semi auto version of the Aug. Nades are practically hitscan.
Knife: almost unchanged, yet not.
Saw: Almost unchanged, yet not.
Law: Here we are. The Big One. Two words: CONTROLLED BLASTS. This this is a mobile artillery. You have been warned: Do not hold the trigger down for a long time.
Flamer: Kills instantly, but flame travels normal speed and same rate.
Bows: unchanged?
Yeah, selfkills happen a lot with this, so be careful.
Only the normal weapon mod has been made so far. Realistic to come. Graphics and sounds won't be done.
