1. You can run it non-reg'd if you just put the whole thing into Interface-gfx instead of trying to run it from Custom-Interface and the Options menu.

2. This is the Halo (3) interface.


You could have at least made a try to have it look Halo-ish if you're going for Halo at all...maybe like...
