I was thinking of a weaponskin to make one day, and then it hit me.

Hadouken!

Since the LAW is the only reasonable weapon that fits this weaponskin, I went forth and made a Hadouken replacement for the LAW.

I even went far as to rip sound effects from Street Fighter III : 3rd Strike, as well as some images that I needed for this to look proper.


I'm still working a few problems here and there, the smoke is the same, I need to figure out how to edit that somehow, and the size of the missle graphic could use a bit of a resize.

Anyway. Here's a in-game screenshot of what it looks like.




And below is the .rar that contains the neccessary files for a working Hadouken weaponskin.

now i just need an 8 bit black mage gosteck. then i can modify the rred team to look like orphanages, 8 bit theater remake here i come.

Sparks-gfx\Smoke.bmp. Keep in mind that that graphic is used for more things than the LAW trail though.

yeah, this is kewl, sound is funny - HADOU-KEN!!!  ;D and color that little spark near hadouken in blue so that fits with it or just make it invisible

I'm glad you guys liked it!

I'll be doing updates on this sometime this week when I get some more thoughts on what to fix and such. I'll also be doing a second version of it, for the fire Hadouken. Different look, different sounds, etc.

Nope. Capcom admitted the mispelling in the original Street Fighter and Street Fighter 2 games. If you've played Street Fighter III, find Ryu and find his "Shinkuu Hadouken" special.


I've discontinued this mod as of late. I might do a redux version of it after I learn a few techniques.

Yeah it's coll, but its a shame that you have to crouch to use it :(
