Admin dedicated watcher

I would like someone to make this program.

You are running your server or any others which you are an admin there.
Instead of watching the console and watching only the text and stuff, it would be cool to be able to see the game like spectator but without occupying a slot.

I think no one has made this Fan App, please programmers try to make it.
