Maybe because you're trying to reply to a locked thread, there're many of those in the news section :)

nope, I can't reply to really news topics e.g.  "Soldat 1.4. announced" , "1.4 release date", I haven't any "reply" button in news section

Heh, thats because you were in the "antinews" usergroup.  Anyone who repeatedly tried to spoil the april fool's day jokes got placed in that group so that they weren't allowed to post in the news forum.  Fixed now.
