problems with the last version

hello
i hope you understand my english (im from spain).
i've installed teh lastest version of soldat (1.4) it runs correctly but when y play on a server, the fonts of the screen are so big and some fonts are strange symbols (i think that the problem is the resolution of the game but i´ve configurated the resolution and the problem continues)
why can i do?

(and i cant paly the 1.3.1 version cause the loby doesnt work T-T)

i have mostly same problem but the font appears so rediculously small i need a magnifying glass to read the longer chat messages. (have tried customizing the font .ini...nothing works).

jokenik: the "strange symbols" are probably because of the unicode, i belief this was going to get fixed in the patch?

but in the 1.4 version i see the font in a large size and i cant understand some letters (strange symbols) i dont know why i have these problems. and what's happening with the klobby of 1.3.1 version? i tried to connect but it doesnt work.
another question: what means "get fixed"? is the only word that i dont understand u_u!

i think that the last version have a lot of probelms...
but, what's going on with the lobby of 1.3.1 version? i saw the original post of this problem but they only say that we must download the lastest version. now i say: if the 1.3.1 version and the lastest version have problems... ¡¿where we'll play soldat?! 0.oU
another question: i think that if im not registered i cant change the resolution settings of soldat 1.4. is that sure?

That's usually what happens when you either are using Win98/ME, or a low end video card that doesn't support all the needed features; try running in video compatability mode.

yep, i have a low video card (cause my ge-force cooler has burnt T-T) that´s my motherboard video card (normally they're very low) but now y tryed what u said and the game works really good ^^
