People Stuck On Request...

Well I think it happened when I got my new wireless router. Ive seen another topic that seemed to answer my question, but its all too confusing. Can you guys simplify the process on how to fix it so that people can actually download your custom maps, so they don't get stuck on request? And I don't even think my game is registering, I put up the dedicated server, went on Soldat, and it didn't even show up on the server list (even though it said IT WAS registered). I am completely lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am so lonely when I try and put up a Zombie server, and I get like 5 request, and they can't join for some reason.

Please Help.


EDIT: Maybe If I fill this out, it might fix the problem, but I don't know what to put in the blanks.

In addition to windows firewall, you need to check/modify your router configuration.
