Grenades are still deadly when they are near you before they explode until about 5 seconds after they explode, even if you land on the spot where the nade was when you were quite some distance away from the explosion.

(Mainly affects your own grenades)

There is another bug I have to deal with alot, it's when you throw a knife at someone. Here's what happens, when a knife is thrown at a player, the knife hits and falls to the ground but another one appears in the place in which the knife thrown impacted, and goes through the soldat and keeps sailing until it hits something else. You will notice two knives lying on the ground when you only threw one.

Can you explain this a little more clearly?  Do you mean that a nade appears to explode from touching a Soldat or crate, but actually hasn't exploded yet, and then explodes a few seconds later when its fuse runs out?

I decided to support F3nyx's thread by adding this:

When you throw knife into polys directly below you, it disappears.

Lag:
Can't pick up certain weapons, mainly the knife.

No, the nade explodes at the normal time, but it can still kill you immediately after you throw the nade (even if it doesn't explode), or up to about 5 seconds after the nade has exploded, if you land around the spot where the nade was thrown.
