My ctf_division looks really wierd, with textures all over the place. Here, take a look:

EDIT: Ok I went into my options and turned off render smooth polys, and it fixed it. The option is messing up the polys for some odd reason.

looks like it loaded a whole texture for rendering the edges.
try saving this to /soldat/textures/edges/ancientwall.bmp :
or disabling the smooth edges in config.exe
