It's not right to scorn the way someone plays the game. Camping could be nerfed through weakening the offending weapons (in the event it ever became a game-dominating tactic), which would be a much smarter method than killing it completely.

i disagree to this suggestion, because camping is part of the game.

how ever i think that the suggestion could be flipped around to something else (better?) of more use.

an idle kick, if you do not move for X amount of seconds, and are not crouched or prone you get kicked
