How do you get your own server when you're in clans

1) Host one yourself.

Ok I got there, but...starting a normal server is hard.

Well, if you host a server, I don't believe it is a very good idea for clan games. Especially not if you play against people from foreign countries.

Just borrow servers from other clans, or tell that you got no server, and the opposing clan will search one.
