Either use 'start.exe' instead of 'soldat.exe', or else make a shortcut to soldat and add to the command line " -mod [name of mod's folder]".

Yes it does. I've added several new mods and they work perfectly, as well as all my old shortcuts from previous Soldat versions.

PaFel, all you have to do is put mod in ...\soldat\mods\[Your Mod's Folder Here]
Then run the Soldat Mod starter, highlight you mod, and click "Run Soldat Modded"

He's not asking how to run mods, he's asking how to make shortcuts to mods. I know it's possible, Serial Killer and Ivan have made installers which do this. I just don't how, then again, I've never mucked with installer creating programs.

For releasing a mod you better use a *.bat file that links so soldat.exe with the mod parameter and make your installer put a shortcut to that *.bat file on your desktop, because links use absolute paths so if someone installed soldat somewhere else then you it won't work for them.

Code: [Select]
soldat.exe -mod "mod foldername"
exit
