Can't start Soldat

When i start Soldat i get the "Acces voilation at address 77E7A1D9 in module 'kernel32.dll'. Read of address FFFFFFFF

What the hell am I going to do?  ???

i have the same problem and i run vista!

i think it has to do with it too :S
