Help me add scripts to my serv

hi all! im brazilian and i have a Soldat Server. I Open it with Soldat dedicated server and manage with ARSEE, i know lots of commands also edit weapons and some ARSEE comands, but i want  to do more i want add level, account and money to my server like the server (WM) crazy guns, but i have no idea how to do it, i think its a script but i dont know how to add script, what archive is to add it.

Ok, not so good English but thats fine. Creating the script of (WM) Crazy Guns will take some good experience and time. I can't give you much advice as i am not very experienced my-self. You will NOT be able to get many scripts off people at all. Mainly just the ones that have already been posted. I suggest you use those ones and tweak them.
