app crash problem

i use to play this game all the time back in 4.0 but in the new one it gives me an error saying soldat has stoped working.

i currently run windows vista as my OS and i have all the requirements.

also under the error this is what appears.

Are you running it in compability mode for Windows XP + as an administrator?
Tried enabling Soldat's Video compability (Soldat Setup, More tab)?
Disabled antialiasing  and running it in windowed/fullscreen and in different color depths?

Also do a virus scan; it's possible that kernel32.dll has been infected. If so then I'm afraid you'll have to reinstall Windows entirely.
