How to use the 'Soldat Mod Starter'.
« on: July 01, 2007, 09:14:16 am »
Hey, i have had Soldat for a long time, and now i got into modding it. I have been trying to figure out how to use the Soldat Mod Starter, because i don't want to replace it forever. I have looked around, and i have not found any thing helpful, Thanks in advance.   [retard]

Basically extract any mods you get into Soldat\Mods\[name of the mod] and then use the Mod starter to launch it.

Thanks, i had already done that, it just dont work with the Mod Starter.
I have modded the explosion, permanently, because i prefer it to the standard one. I have a weapons mod, but i dont want to overwrite the original files. I just used it now, with the Mod Starter, and the weapons on the list are standard, but when i click them, they are the modded ones...

That means the files under mods --> [your mod] --> interface-gfx --> guns are missing, so Soldat reverts to the default files for them.
