Need Help adding scripts to my server

How do you add a script that someone made? I have no idea how to use the script releases... ??? >:( :( :-[ :'(

I am just now in the process of getting coached through this stuff.  As soon as I've got it learned I will make a very noob-friendly step-by-step.
