Help with scripting

Hi everyone, I'm just trying to get the killing spree script working to play offline with bots, but I haven't got any of these files like core.pas or server.ini or even a scripts folder so I'm confused about how I'm supposed to get the script working.

Scripting is for Soldat Dedicated Server, not from the client hosting a server.
You may download Soldat Dedicated Server 2.6.1b from the Soldat main page, and can host a server off of your computer and join it locally if you wish. You can turn off lobby registering so others won't find your server in the server list.
