Seems okay, but it doesn't look like its animated.

If I had my other computer with GIMP, i would fix this for you, but you seem to be on your own, try something else, something that isn't long, isn't too big, and isn't from 4chan.

You would have to edit the shit out of that to make it work, and it would still suck.
