Added "View Image" for attachments that are pictures

Notice that before, for large images, you could only view the horribly resized one (which distorts things like fullscreen screenshots), or click and download the file, to open it locally (which is annoying.)

I just spent a bit of time adding the View Image feature you see in that screenshot above.  This opens the entire image in a new window, unscaled so you can view the whole thing.

Hopefully this will motivate people to use the attachment feature more, for screenshots and large images.

Yees, even more great news. I'd always hate having to open the image locally just to see it undistorted.

Yep, EH and I were talking, and he mentioned something related to this.  I spent about 15 minutes and added this in

Very nice feature, and I agree with Twistkill; it was a pain to save it and then open it up. Good job! :)
