Ping 9999?

How come my ping says its 9999 in the server list? no1 is in it or anything or is there something wrong with my server? + i cant join it

Nvm i can join now but i cant control my server with that ARSSE thing it says

{17:52:53) Connecting to 192.168.2.4:23083...
(17:52:53) STARTFILES
(17:52:53) ENDFILES
(17:52:53) Connection to the server lost

First off, you need to do a little thing called port forwarding for your router. Look up your router model here for instructions on how to do it. You need to forward 23073 UDP, 23073 TCP and 23083 TCP. Also make sure your firewall doesn't block the Soldat server.

And about ARSSE; you're connecting to the wrong port. Connect to 23073 instead.

I can connect myself ARSSE is working but when i do that port test it fails at everything..

And that's because your router doesn't know where to shovel all the packets meant for your server coming in from the outside; so you need to forward the ports.

Again, look here:

Look up your router model here for instructions on how to do it.
