Simply back up your soldat folder.  Paste the modded files over the originals.  Then PLAY!

Or download Soldat Mod mixer by edak. http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php?topic=136.0 I find it to be very useful.

This thread tells you all you need to know.
It was on the first page of this forum, if you looked. But it's okay, because I'm a jerk when it comes to this stuff.
